These terms govern services provided by Kings Clean Limited (Company No. 14826399), trading as Gutter Pro / GutterPRO. Registered address: 10 Cheyne Walk, Northampton, NN1 5PT.

2. Services

We provide gutter clearing, conservatory cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services. All work is carried out from ground level using vacuum systems and carbon fibre poles unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Payment

All quotes are fixed prices based on property type. The quoted price is the final price — no additional charges will be added. Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.

4. Pricing

All pricing is fixed and based on property type. You will receive a clear quote before any work begins. There are no hidden extras or surprise fees.

5. Access Requirements

We require reasonable access to the exterior of your property to complete our work. If access cannot be achieved safely, we reserve the right to reschedule or decline the work. You do not need to be present provided access is available.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a rebooking fee at our discretion.

7. Insurance & Liability

We carry full public liability insurance for all work undertaken. We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. Any pre-existing damage identified during our camera survey will be documented and brought to your attention.

8. Weather Conditions

We operate in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather that makes working unsafe, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration of gutters, fascias, or downpipes that may be revealed during the clearing process.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
